The tool consists of four parts

  • an operator questionnaire
  • a contractor logbook
  • result presentations
  • input data for Tool 2

Important instructions - read before use! (minimum Microsoft Office 2003)

  1. Save the tool on the hard disk and work with copies
  2. Open Excel
  3. Open menu 'Tools' → 'Macros' →  Security
  4. Set 'Security level' to medium in window which opens
  5. Open tool
  6. Push 'Enable Macros' in window which opens
  7. Now tool is ready for use!
