 The Process
The aim is to establish a continuous process.

The process has five steps

  1. Develop company policy and establish monitoring routines
  2. Assess risks at the work place
  3. Find solutions for prioritized problems
  4. Sum up measures in a plan and implement
  5. Follow up and gather experience for the future

To keep the process alive

  • involve all staff
  • use questions in each step to promote discussion
  • implement an easy measure prompt → indicates a positive attitude
